WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3RD AT 6:30-8:30 PM AT THE SANCTUARY IN PORTSMOUTH, RI

The holidays can be filled with joy, lights and laughter but also anxiety, stress and family drama. Come sit with a community of women who want to explore another path during the holidays. We will meditate, have lively discussions, write and set an intention to find more joy and relaxation during the holidays (not to mention in life in general!) We always have fun at these circles and connect with greater appreciation for what we all navigate but often feel alone in.
